THE SAN LUIS OBISPO WIND ORCHESTRA PRESENTS “FESTIVAL!” – The rich cultural heritage and dramatic landscapes of Latin America, the pulsing rhythms and the ecstatic melodies of its folk music, as well as the cross fertilization between the Old and New Worlds have inspired countless composers.
