Just because we don’t have a liquor license doesn’t mean we can’t make a great drink! Belly up to the bar with award winning mixologist Dominique Gonzales from Granada Hotel and Bistro as she demonstrates how to prepare three all-natural delicious aperitif cocktails using sparkling wine, aromatized wine, sherry, shrubs, and assorted bitters. A little bit of instruction, a brief intro to the world of vermouth, and then you get to sip on some seriously fun concoctions.
All recipes will be provided and Dominique will be available to answer any questions about how to prepare the drinks. For extra fun, guests are encourages to wear an atrocious holiday sweater and there will be a contest for the worst-of-the-worst. With a prize. Who doesn’t love prizes?
