TWO PASTORS AND AN ATHEIST: Civil Conversations about Religious Differences

In today’s social climate, it is imperative that we promote frank and civil conversations between people who disagree.  Come hear two local pastors and a local atheist hold a civil conversation about their religious differences.  On Oct. 21, Pastor Rick Uhls of the United Methodist Church of SLO will talk with Dr. Paul Rinzler of Atheists United SLO about how they view religion and God differently.  On Oct. 28, Friar Ian Delinger of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church of SLO will hold a similar conversation with Dr. Rinzler.

Both events are free and open to the public and will be held at the San Luis Obispo Public Library (995 Palm Street) from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, in the large community room.
