Villaggio at San Luis Obispo, an upscale Life Plan Community currently under planning and development in California’s world-renowned Central Coast, will be hosting its first enrichment workshop, Pathways: Brain Health Basics at 2 p.m. on May 31 at the Villaggio Information Center located at 1503 Froom Ranch Way in San Luis Obispo.
Guests will learn how memory works and how to create new neural pathways. The two-hour workshop will engage attendees in interactive brain health exercises while learning basic steps to improve name recognition.
Villaggio’s Director of Community Enrichment, Rebecca Gruett, will lead the workshop where guests will enjoy learning a renewed sense of brain energy and gain a positive outlook on memory.
