About this week’s guest: Jessica Steely joined Semmes & Co. in 2004 after graduating from Cal Poly with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management and a Minor in Sustainability. Her passion for sustainable building techniques attracted her to join this team of like-minded professionals at Semmes & Co. Builders. In 2011, Jessica along with Paul Rose and Tom Moore, purchased the company from its founder, Turko Semmes. Jessica, now General Manager and Head of Sales, enjoys having the opportunity to connect with people, helping them create their new Custom Home.
