Grab lunch from your favorite local restaurant (or your kitchen) and join us on Friday from 12 – 12:30 PM on Facebook LIVE for a stimulating conversation with SLO Chamber President/CEO, Jim Dantona and The Center Co-Owner, Stephanie Stackhouse.
About this week’s guest: After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Cal Poly, Stephanie Stackhouse kicked off her career by joining the tech start-up world in the San Francisco Bay Area. During her corporate career, she held various leadership positions at companies including LinkedIn and Microsoft. The stress and demands of corporate life led her to yoga and in 2013, she received her 200-hour certification. She also completed Level 1 Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste, in addition to advanced trainings through the Baptiste Institute. In 2014, Stephanie and her husband Andrew bought The Center (previously SLO Yoga Center) and four years later they opened their second location in the Marigold Shopping Center. Stephanie currently sits on the Board of Directors for the SLO Chamber of Commerce and Downtown SLO and teaches yoga weekly at the San Luis Obispo County Jail as a volunteer for Restorative Partners and at CMC with Prison Yoga Project.
