Duggan, Karen 2 300Mindfulness is the maintaining of a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings and surrounding environments.

Mindfulness practices bring forth the highest potential of individuals in the workplace – regardless of position or title. Every person, at every level can reap the rewards of having a greater capacity to focus and manage their attention, regulate their emotions, reduce stress and feel a greater sense of peace, compassion and happiness.

This interactive session is designed to provide an introduction to mindfulness, the benefits and the research, alongside actionable steps to achieving a more mindful approach at work and beyond.
