Each month, the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast holds professional development meetings to discuss labor relations, legislation, cutting edge strategic planning options, and employer resources critical to the success of doing business in the Central Coast.
In March, the Association is proud to present Elizabeth McGregor. Her presentation, “Editing Simplified: A Common Sense Primer for Busy Professionals,” will discuss communication solutions for the professional environment. McGregor is a freelance copywriter, editor, and speaker with a background in sales, marketing, and customer service. She started Fine Lines Communications in 2003 to help businesses convey a consistently professional message across today’s evolving communication platforms.
Elizabeth conducts on-site workshops and seminars to share the best practices of writing and editing for the modern business world. She prides herself on her ability to make traditionally dry and tedious information fun and easy to understand.
The March Professional Development Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Madonna Inn. RSVP at http://www.HRACC.net by March 7 at noon. Lunch will include Hot Turkey Sandwich or Steamed Vegetables and Peach Cobbler (gluten-free pasta is also an option).
