The Residences at Marsh Street Commons, located downtown San Luis Obispo, was awarded the Mayor’s Award by Mayor Jan Marx during the recent Downtown Association Beautification Awards.
The Residences at Marsh Street Commons is ideally located on the corner of Marsh and Nipomo streets and was honored for its contribution to the Downtown and revitalization of a major corner.
Developed and built by brothers Andy and Craig Mangano of SLO Life Investments LLC and brokered by Richardson Properties / Christie’s International Real Estate, Marsh Street Commons is a mixed use neighborhood featuring eight residences, four lofts and five commercial retail spaces.
