Our Insight Studio workshop on Feb. 6 featured Bryan Hubain, assistant dean of students and director of the Cross-Cultural Centers at Cal Poly, who led a discussion on inclusivity in the workplace. Attendees left with a richer understanding of how unconscious bias can impair the work environment and hamper business outcomes.
