Customers once again gave Rizzoli’s Automotive outstanding scores for customer service, according to recent American Automobile Association evaluations.

For the second consecutive year, the Rizzoli’s Automotive shop in San Luis Obispo received a 100 percent Customer Satisfaction Award from AAA, and the Santa Maria shop got a 96 percent Customer Satisfaction Award. Of all the AAA Approved Auto Repair Facilities on the Central Coast, Rizzoli’s Automotive has won the most awards for excellent quality of work and customer loyalty.

AAA identifies trustworthy, quality auto repair facilities across the nation as AAA Approved Auto Repair Facilities. These shops are held to very high standards and are continually screened and monitored to meet various requirements and maintain tough professional standards for customer service, equipment, training and cleanliness.

Every year, AAA evaluates and scores the customer satisfaction index for all AAA Approved Auto Repair Facilities. Each shop must maintain a 90 percent or higher customer satisfaction index to remain an approved repair shop. Customers are asked to evaluate the shop in areas of customer service, professionalism in solving problems, accuracy of estimates, service completion on promised date, and customer loyalty.
