Norcast Telecom Networks and Blue Rooster Telecom will be merging this November. Officially announced this morning during Good Morning SLO, the new company will retain the Norcast Telecom Networks name and will continue to be led by current Norcast CEO, Michael Gayaldo and current Blue Rooster president, Jeff Buckingham, both of whom will retain their titles. Cheryl Lovell, current Blue Rooster vice president will serve as COO and Jacquie Johnston will remain Business Partner. The two companies have worked together for years with Buckingham, Lovell and Gayaldo previously working together at Call America in the early 90’s. Both companies have shared the same network as well as similar philosophies, services and a customer-oriented culture.
