Triad Real Estate & Investment Group Principals Rodessa Newton and Victoria Relva announced the University of California, Santa Barbara has awarded the contract for “Real Estate Brokerage Services For The Ocean Walk Housing Project” to the Triad group. UCSB Housing Authority Executive Director, Rose Peterson stated “We are very excited about our contract with Triad Real Estate & Investment Group and are looking forward to working with such an accomplished and professional sales team.”
Ocean Walk at North Campus Phase 2 is the newest planned faculty housing project at the University of California, Santa Barbara. It has been created under the authority of the Regents for the purpose of providing affordable workforce housing for faculty and staff. Situated on 26 acres, Ocean Walk is located 2 miles from the main Campus and less than ½ mile from the ocean. Sales have commenced on Phase 2 consisting of 37 homes including single family and townhomes.
