Celebrating 25 Years”, the 25th annual Central Coast Orchid Show & Sale, sponsored by the Five Cities Orchid Society, will be held Saturday, April 4, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, and Sunday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the South County Regional Center, 800 West Branch Street, Arroyo Grande, CA. The American Orchid Society will judge plants being exhibited. Vendors will offer a large variety of orchids, companion plants, orchid books and orchid supplies for sale. Orchid culture, re-potting demonstrations and plant doctors will provide valuable information to orchid enthusiasts. A weekend opportunity drawing will benefit the Welcome Home Military Heroes and Honor Flight. Have a coffee break or enjoy lunch at the show.

Welcome Home Military Heroes supports “welcome homes” and other veteran-related services within our Central Coast community as an expression of gratitude and appreciation for our military men and women that have served, those currently serving and those who have fallen for our freedoms.
Honor Flight Central Coast California honors all of America’s veterans by taking them to Washington D.C. on the “Tour of Honor” as Honor Flight’s guest.. Once there, they can visit and reflect at the memorials which have been built to honor their service.
This elegant evening includes Central Coast wines, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, live music, a silent auction and an awards presentation. As guest judges, local celebrities will select their favorite orchid. Attendees get the first selection of orchids for purchase, and will have the opportunity to talk with the vendors prior to the show opening to the general public.
