2022 was a significant year for the SLO Chamber, filled with transitions, adaptability and promise. As we shifted from Covid-19 response to recovery, we represented 36,778 local employees, partnered with the City of San Luis Obispo to generate $780,663 in direct local spending and advocated for legislation that’s good for business and prioritizes environmental stewardship. We created connection by celebrating 136 new members into our network and facilitated lifelong learning by welcoming 1,851 attendees to dozens of educational and networking events — and that’s just the beginning. Dive into the work your Chamber did in 2022 to bring people together to shape the place we love.
