The Central Coast Police Memorial Caravan will again gather at the California Highway Patrol office, 675 California Blvd., in San Luis Obispo on Sunday, May 3, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. The Caravan will leave at 10:00 a.m. to join with the Southern California Police Memorial Caravan at Interstate 5, and travel to Sacramento with more than 150 law enforcement vehicle from across the state for the annual California Peace Officers’ Memorial, held on Monday, May 4, 2015 at the State Capitol.

This is the 38th Annual California Peace Officers’ Memorial and the Central Coast Caravan has been an active part of the ceremonies for 25 years.

On the day of the ceremonies, Monday, May 4, 2015, caravans of law enforcement officers gather at the California Highway Patrol Academy in Sacramento and drive to the State Capitol in an impressive display of respect for fallen officers and support for their families and their departments.

The San Luis Obispo Police Department is proud to coordinate the Central Coast Caravan to Sacramento this year.
