The Food Bank Coalition’s 7th annual Hunger Walk will take place at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 19 at St. Timothy’s Church in Morro Bay. This is a family fun event, come take in the beautiful views of Morro Bay as you walk along the embarcadero and enjoy music and refreshments at the finish line. Registration is now available through the Food Bank’s website, so sign-up and start gathering donations today! Remember, the Food Bank can provide $10 worth of food for every $1 you raise!
Your fundraising efforts for the Hunger Walk will directly help the 44,000 residents in San Luis Obispo County who are at risk of being hungry or who are food insecure, often not knowing where their next meal will come from.
