The site, that has two buildings three stories tall, includes an interior courtyard and common open spaces. With two community rooms for gatherings, the property provides residents access to uncovered onsite parking, laundry facilities and bike racks. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are accepted, with an extra deposit.

“In partnership with HASLO, we look forward to opening and operating our first-ever property in the city of Grover Beach,” said Ken Trigueiro, CEO & President of PSHH. “We are very excited to have worked with HASLO jointly on this, who is providing the vital project-based rental assistance which will allow for Cleaver & Clark to be offered affordably to our new residents.”

“We are proud to partner with People’s Self-Help Housing on this much-needed development in Grover Beach. Cleaver & Clark Commons is a meaningful example of what can be achieved when mission-driven organizations come together with a shared vision,” said Michelle Pedigo, Executive Director of HASLO. “Through our commitment to providing long-term, project-based rental assistance, we are helping ensure that these high-quality homes remain affordable and accessible to those with the greatest financial need. This project is not just about housing, it’s about fostering stability, dignity and opportunity for our community members.”
