Novo, Luna Red, Robin’s and Mint + Craft will be helping those affected by the wildfires in Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino Counties. Through November 12, 2017 the restaurants will donate $2 for every bottle of wine sold from their lists of Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino Counties wines and $1 for every other bottle of wine on the lists.
The restaurants are partnering with the following relief funds and at the end of the fundraiser will be splitting the donations between the chosen disaster reliefs:
- Napa Valley Community Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund
- Community Foundation of Sonoma County’s Resilience Fund
- Community Foundation of Mendocino County
“As a community, we are in shock. It’s impossible for us to know what this feels like for the people who have lost everything or lost loved ones. It’s heartbreaking. It’s overwhelming to find the best way to begin to help so for that we are grateful for the community around us who has been quick to spread word about the many great ways to offer support. Their fight is far from over, so it was really important to us to do what we could to help their community, said Robin Covey and Shanny Covey.
The businesses will also be providing easy ways for their staff to help donate to the funds, as well.
