Wine Tech
Time:10:45 – 12:15 p.m.
Presenter/Topic: Zoran Ljepović, Winemaking QA/QC to discuss All About Bottling.

- Bottling preparation
- Recordkeeping/compliance
- Sanitation
- Working with mobile bottling lines
- Sources of oxygen in the bottle/managing oxygen pick up,
- Oxygen impact on SO2 consumption
- Areas of concern for microbial contamination
- General bottling QC/QA
