Come join AmpSurf for the 5th annual AmpSurf Poker Run North on May 4, 2019. The ride starts in Atascadero at the Moose Lodge, 8507 El Camino Real. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and first bike out will be 10 a.m., the ride is 112 miles through Pozo, Creston, Paso Robles, Cayucos, and back to Atascadero to finish at the VFW Post #2814. Cost is $20 per rider, and $30 for tandem riders. Best hand wins $200.00; worst hand wins $100.00. There will be food, auction items, raffle prizes and a 50/50 raffle at the VFW after the ride. Food will also be available in Creston. All proceeds raised from Poker Run will go towards supporting AmpSurf’s Learn to Surf Clinics. This program will be teaching disabled children, Veterans and other adults living with disabilities the healing power of the ocean and adaptive surf therapy here on the central coast and beyond. Come out and enjoy a great day of riding, while supporting a great organization. All bikes and cars are welcome, and preregistration is available online.

Since 2003, AmpSurf has been sharing the healing power of the ocean with people living with disabilities, including kids, adults and those who have sacrificed serving our country. AmpSurf is teaching them through Adaptive Surf Therapy to focus on their abilities, not their disabilities.
