Save the date for this special 30th anniversary celebration and first annual Art at the Garden show and fundraiser. On Friday November 15th from 4:30PM – 8PM the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a wine, appetizer and chocolate reception for the art show. The fine art show and sale continues through the weekend and will be open Saturday, November 16th and Sunday, November 17th from 10 AM to 5 PM. The art show fundraiser features 15 well-respected local artists. This show will include jewelry, glass, paintings, wood, ceramics and textiles. Visitors will find art for the home and garden, unique hostess and holiday gifts, as well as wearable textiles and one-of-a-kind jewelry. There will be something for everyone.
Both events are free to attend and will be held in the Oak Glen Pavilion at the SLO Botanical Garden. All art will be for sale and a portion of all sales will benefit the SLO Botanical Garden. For more information, a list of artists and photos, visit slobg.org
