A new restaurant is slated to open on Dec. 1 in the old Vallarta’s Mexican Cantina location at 1761 Monterey St. The eatery, named Crawdaddy’s SLO, will offer “Cajun-Asian” style seafood in a fun, relaxed, Mardi Gras style atmosphere. This will be the fourth restaurant opening for owner/chef Jon Kim who’s previous restaurants have included Kai Lana in Atascadero, and two Sushi restaurants in Southern California.
