The Avila Beach Civic Association is pleased to announce the 2016 Fourth of July Pancake Breakfast and Doggie Parade. Breakfast will be held at the Avila Beach Community Center, 191 San Miguel Street from 8:00 – 11:00 am, followed by the Doggie Parade on the Avila Promenade at 11:30 am.
