Fin’s Seafood Restaurant at Hwy 1 and Grand Avenue at Grover Beach will donate 100 percent of proceeds to 5Cities Homeless Coalition with its “Dinner for a Cause” from 5 to 9 p.m. during “Giving Tuesday,” Nov. 27.

For a $25 donation, restaurant goers can enjoy a special buffet prepared by the crew at Fin’s that includes tri-tip or vegetarian pasta alfredo with sides and non-alcoholic drink included. Desserts and special drinks are additional with an extra donation to the cause.

Special guest Terry Lawless will be open the evening with live music, followed by super-fun dance band Sound Investment, who will be playing classic rock, pop hit and occasional country crossover.

“Dinner for a Cause” helps 5Cities Homeless Coalition fully support the critical needs of children, youth and families, who are impacted by homelessness in southern SLO County.

“No child should have to endure the indignity of searching the garbage for his or her next meal,” says Fin’s proprietor Bruce Van Vort. 100 percent of the proceeds on Nov. 27 will be donated to 5Cities Homeless Coalition for housing, food, clothing, transportation and other basic needs.

Celebrated annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, “Giving Tuesday” is a global day dedicated to giving back. It follows the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and it kicks off the charitable season of holiday cheer and end-of-year giving.

Tickets are sold online, by phone at (805)-574-1638 or at the door. Take-out is also available.
