Christie’s International Real Estate, the world’s leading luxury real estate network, hosted its annual global business meeting with Affiliate owners, featuring a mix of formal presentations, moderated panel discussions and small group breakout sessions with attendees sharing real-time experiences and best practices in the prime residential real estate sector. The invitation-only event culminated in an awards ceremony naming the network’s 2020 Affiliates of the Year at the Flagler Museum. The business meetings were held at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach on February 25 and 26 and included an evening event hosted by Premier Estate Properties, the exclusive Affiliate in Palm Beach.

Interactive panels explored such topics as managing industry evolution, establishing differentiation, and environmental phenomena. Discussion groups weighed in on managing the brokerage cost structure, agent recruiting, retention and compensation, brokerage expansion, next generation marketing concepts, engaging clients through events, and how to leverage Christie’s International Real Estate suite of marketing services.
