It’s time to open the doors of Doc Burnstein’s brand NEW Ice Cream Lab in Downtown Chico. The Grand Opening to the public will be Saturday, September 28, 2019 beginning at noon until 10pm (or go until the ice cream runs out!) Doc’s new parlor is located in the former Cold Stone Creamery on Broadway and 2nd Streets in Downtown Chico.
For the public Grand Opening, the first 100 paying customers will receive a “Golden Ticket,” good for a FREE ice cream sundae, each month, for the next year. All other grand opening guests will have the chance to receive fun Doc’s swag while tasting the Doc’s scrumptious ice cream creations.
“Chico has been so very welcoming, we are excited about introducing our premium ice cream to our neighbors here in Chico,” said Michael Boyer, CEO of Doc Burnstein’s Ice Cream Lab. “Chico is the ideal setting to share our old-fashioned neighborhood parlor experience.”
