Jules DuRocher, past Board President of Downtown SLO, Sip ‘n Saunter Committee Chair, and owner of men’s lifestyle boutique Jules D., affirms, “Sip and Saunter was created to generate traffic in Downtown stores by partnering with local restaurants, wineries and breweries. It’s a fun evening for the community to walk around Downtown and venture into stores they may never have been in or be in their favorite store and try a yummy nibble from a restaurant they have never tried. It’s about exploration, finding new places, and tasting new foods and beverages. We really wanted to show our community what our great Downtown has to offer. It has been such a success on all these levels.”

Attendees must be 21+ to attend and present valid ID at check-in. Must bring printed ticket or e-ticket to check-in. Check-in will take place at Downtown SLO’s new offices at 1135 Chorro Street from 4:45 to 6 p.m. on September 28. Maps, wristbands and glasses will be distributed upon check-in.

Attendees are encouraged to RSVP to the event via Facebook and share their photos on social media using the hashtags #SipNSaunterSLO and #DowntownSLO. Attendees can also tag @Downtown_SLO on Instagram and @ExperienceDowntownSLO on Facebook.
