Join the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast as attorney Yesenia Gallegos guides us through the updates on the current status of the Equal Pay Act as well as outline best practices during HRCC’s July Professional Development Meeting on Tuesday, July 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Madonna Inn.

Gallegos, YeseniaYesenia is a partner at Fox Rothschild, LLP, where she focuses her practice in labor and employment matters, including advising clients in areas such as:

  • Restrictive Covenants – protection of trade secret information and prosecuting and defending against claims involving trade secret misappropriation
  • Defending against attempts to enforce a non-compete agreement in the state of California
  • Wage and hour law
  • Discrimination and harassment claims

She represents employers in employment litigation (including class actions) pending in state and federal court. She also represents employers in actions against former employees in trade-secret and embezzlement actions that require immediate restraining orders, injunctions and/or liens.

Each month, HRCC holds professional development meetings to discuss labor relations, legislation, cutting edge strategic planning options, and employer resources critical to the success of doing business on the Central Coast.
