We need professionals from industry and business to bring their voice to a focus group on the future of work and how to grow local talent on the Central Coast.
Share your insights on the future of work and in demand skills needed with teachers from local community colleges and high schools.
Encourage colleagues and community leaders in your professional network to participate as attendees.

Our Central Coast region was awarded funding through the Community College K12 Strong Workforce Program to support the transition of students from high school to higher education and in demand careers.
The event on 10/23/2019 will focus specifically on these outcomes:
1) Develop network of professionals from industry, business, high school, and community college committed to growing local talent
2) Identify priority skills needed for in demand high wage careers
3) Develop a work readiness certificate endorsed by local employers
