Keeping our local area supplied with the blood it needs is a year-long challenge, and summer is the most difficult time for blood donations in San Luis Obispo County. Because of this, as we get ready for summer the PRWCA has teamed up with Vitalant and invites its members to take part in our Second Annual Blood Drive!
Wednesday, June 10 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Broken Earth Winery
1650 Ramada Drive, Paso Robles
The drive will take place inside Broken Earth Winery to ensure proper social distancing.
On average this process takes 1 hour with the donation only taking 10 minutes, but donors can save up to 20 minutes by completing their Fast Track Health History Questionnaire online (must be completed on the day of the blood drive).
The PRWCA will be awarding the organization that sends the most donors with our grand prize of a Los Robles Café tacos lunch for 6! All members will have to do is state what business or organization they are donating on behalf of when they arrive to count towards their score. Family and friends are welcome to donate on their behalf too!
