The app lets Experts Exchange members ask technology questions, browse verified solutions, and collaborate with other members. They can also learn new technical skills on-the-go, with video tutorials and in-depth articles created by the community.
“Our users have been asking for a mobile app for a long time, but we didn’t want to release an app that would not meet all of their needs,” says Experts Exchange CIO Gene Richardson. “Many of them are busy working professionals. Having the ability to ask or check the status of their questions, search solutions, and view content from their mobile device is a huge time-saving benefit.”
While not all site features are available in this first version, the app was designed to contain the most important features from the full Experts Exchange website. Members can easily ask and receive answers to any technology question. They can also view their personalized, live content feed, and receive push notifications for content they participate in.
