Granada Hotel & Bistro recently introduced a new fast and fresh addition to the San Luis Obispo dining scene with the opening of Nourish, a fresh and fast takeaway restaurant which opened November 27, 2017. Attached to the popular Granada Bistro in downtown San Luis Obispo, the boutique dining option offers healthy, soul-satisfying bites for breakfast and lunch.
Inspired by the active culture of the Central Coast, Nourish fuels locals and SLO visitors with locally-grown, nutrient-rich and ethically sourced cuisine. The menu also includes a selection of gluten-free, dairy-free, Vegan and Paleo options, all thoughtfully designed to meet individual dietary preferences without sacrificing flavor and creativity.
Nourish kicks off each day with an energy-packed Breakfast Menu, including fruit and vegetable smoothies, grain bowls, farm fresh eggs, chia seed pudding, baked goods and more. Later in the day, the Lunch Menu evolves with savory bowls, soups, sandwiches, salads, noodles and more. Each dish is California-driven with vibrant international accents.
The compact-yet-diverse Nourish menu features innovative dishes comprised of market-fresh produce, from the “Green Eggs and Grains Bowl” to Moroccan Eggs and Daily Toast topped with rotating seasonal ingredients on artisanal bread. Additional standout items include a daily Carvery menu of roasted and braised local proteins, and the signature Nourish Bowl with lentils, spinach, yams, chutney, spicy sauce and quinoa.
Nourish is open from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Locals and guests can order in-person, call in for takeaway, or order online through ChowNow. New customers enjoy 20 percent off their first meal at Nourish through the end of 2017.
