This November Halpin Leadership Industries will be hosting a workshop dedicated to impart leadership and effective meeting management for teams to reach new levels of performance and engagement. This workshop take place on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Dolphin Bay Resort and Spa in Pismo Beach.
Leadership has many attributes worthy of discussing. One that’s essential is the ability to have productive and collaborative meetings. Ed Halpin, a 35-year Utility veteran, has a passion for helping teams be successful as well as a maintaining track record of noteworthy accomplishments. His experiences are blended into a workshop that teaches specific behaviors leaders can use to have effective meetings and make key decisions.
The workshop will help members learn and practice the skills of effective meeting management. By attending, a full student guidebook on Facilitative Leadership (Interaction Associates LLC) will be provided. Breakfast and lunch are included as are reduced room rates at the Dolphin Bay Resort for the entirety of the booked “learning vacation”. This resort is one of the elite hotels on the Central Coast of California.
