At the close of escrow, Heart to Heart will disburse 50 percent of the commission to fund the nonprofit or charitable organizations that are designated by their clients; making it possible for any individual who otherwise would not have the means, to contribute to a nonprofit, charity, or individual(s) in need.
Heart to Heart’s guiding principle of giving through a real estate transaction applies to buyers, sellers and referrals from anywhere in the United States. According to McConnell, “Our business involves transactions; many of which are based on the circumstances of daily life: re-location, divorce, taxes, death or simply the desire to make a change. If a transaction is going to happen, either by necessity or choice, would people choose our company based on our core belief that we all “gain by giving?” The idea for Heart to Heart was born; creating philanthropy in the housing market.
