The Home Builders Association of the Central Coast — the local nonprofit trade association representing Home Builders and all related industry professionals in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties — is thrilled to announce the 32nd Annual Terrence B. Flatley Golf Classic and Dinner.
This annual golf tournament is being held on Friday, October 22, 2021, at the prestigious Cypress Ridge Golf Course in Arroyo Grande. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start (scramble format) at 9:00 a.m.
The entry fee is $200 per person which includes: golf, cart, lunch and a BBQ dinner. There will be raffle prizes, contests throughout the day, plenty of adult beverages at the various sponsored holes, a builder auction and more!
“This tournament is our only fundraiser of the year,” said HBACC Executive Director, Lindy Hatcher. “It enables our organization to invest in educational resources to help support our members and the communities they serve. “Our members’ commitment and dedication to create quality housing and communities for the betterment of the Central Coast is why the Central Coast lifestyle is unlike any other place.”
