A recent Cal Poly alum – who wowed the Good Morning SLO audience in June 2011 – is now impressing Silicon Valley.  AJ Forsythe, CEO and co-founder of iCracked, was recently featured on CNBC and gave a pitch for his start-up in front of two venerable venture capitalists. Calling his company the “AAA of your iPhone,” Forsythe gave his 60-second sell on Yahoo Finance’s Power Pitch show, about the company that he says empowers people to choose their own financial futures by enabling them to fix their cracked iPhone, iPod or iPad. He received an enthusiastic thumbs up from the panelists who all agreed that the company has what it takes to succeed. The company has already raised $700,000 and hopes to raise an additional $5 million. Click here to view the pitch.
