The City’s four-week process to seek applicants for the economic development manager role attracted more than 90 applicants, according to insiders. The process unfolds this week as the top nine candidates are interviewed by two panels that include both city staff and community members. The next round of interviews, done by key city staff, will take place in the coming weeks with the new economic development manager expected to be named in July.
