Richardson Properties, San Luis Obispo’s leading real estate brokerage, announced today that Lindsey Harn was one of America’s top selling realtors in 2021. Harn ranked 12th for total sales units and 30th for total sales volume for all property types and prices in the CRMLS. Harn also ranked first for total sales units in SLO County. The data, compiled by TrendGraphix, analyzed more than 70,000 agents. The news comes as Harn celebrates an additional milestone of closing 200 homes.
“Several years ago I set a goal to help 200 families accomplish their real estate goals,” said Harn. “It didn’t happen right away, but fast forward five years, a new brokerage, several ups and downs and we did it. It takes a village, and I can’t thank my amazing teammates, clients, friends, coaches and vendors enough for their support.”
