South County Chambers of Commerce

The community is invited to attend a free breakfast event on Wednesday, June 5, from 7:30-10 a.m. at the South County Regional Center in Arroyo Grande. Participants will learn about guerrilla marketing, financial planning, and forecasting from the local chapter of SCORE, a nonprofit organization that has been helping small businesses start and grow for over 30 years.

SCORE representative Lorna Whiteaker will share about guerrilla marketing as an advertising strategy that relies on unconventional means to promote products and services. Businesses and nonprofits who attend this breakfast will receive ideas on how to incorporate guerrilla marketing strategies to capture the attention of prospective customers and grow their business or organization. Whiteaker will also cover three key components business owners need to create a financial future for their business.

A free continental breakfast will be provided. Please RSVP online at southcountychambers.com, or call (805) 489-1488. Breakfast and networking start at 7:30 am, and the program begins at 8 am. South County Regional Center is located at 800 West Branch St. in Arroyo Grande—next to the Arroyo Grande Library.
