City Farm SLO invites the community to celebrate the return of one of its most beloved spring traditions at the 5th Annual Sheep Shearing Shindig, taking place Saturday, May 9, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at City Farm SLO.

This event is FREE and open to the public. Please REGISTER FOR FREE TICKETS IN ADVANCE at My805tix.com. This lively afternoon of hands-on agriculture offers visitors a chance to experience the seasonal ritual of sheep shearing up close while learning about Navajo-Churro sheep. Guests can watch
skilled shearer, Brittany App, in action during live demonstrations and explore the journey of wool from fleece to fiber through interactive activities.

Parking at City Farm SLO will be reserved for guests with disabilities. All other visitors are encouraged to park off-site and enjoy a guided walk along the Prefumo Creek Trail or a hayride shuttle to the event entrance. (See ticket registration for more information).
