Mindful Kindful YOUniversity, founded by holistic educator Dee DiGioia, is excited to offer a variety of transformative wellness experiences at Aligned Acupuncture and Wellness Spa in downtown San Luis Obispo. Aligned Acupuncture’s spacious, serene environment provides an ideal setting for Dee’s events, including Sound Journeys, Song Circles and other immersive experiences that promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Rooted in science and evidence-based practices, Dee’s Sound Journeys and rhythm-based events complement conventional medical care, providing a meaningful pathway to holistic health. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to guide participants toward wholeness, vitality and inner peace through the therapeutic power of sound, rhythm and mindfulness.
