Downtown SLO is excited to announce that tickets are on sale now for the Annual Sip ‘n’ Saunter taking place on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Sip ‘n’ Saunter, presented by Rate, invites locals and visitors to “sip” and “saunter” their way through downtown San Luis Obispo’s beautiful tree-lined streets, sample the Central Coast’s finest food and drink, enjoy live music, and shop at participating retailers. This is downtown San Luis Obispo’s largest annual tasting event, averaging 600 attendees in recent years.

Downtown SLO is pleased to bring back the VIP Early Access Experience, an exclusive addition inspired by guest feedback requesting more time to sip, savor, and explore. For an extra $25* per ticket, guests can enjoy an extra hour of the event from 12–1 p.m. at the Creamery Marketplace. VIP ticket-holders will enjoy early access to food and drink samples, live music, a digital photo booth, an open area to drink and mingle, and more! There is a limited number of VIP Early Access tickets available. At 1 p.m., all trail locations will be open for attendees to enjoy.
