He has a proven track record of providing high-quality client support and achieving critical strategic objectives, coupled with exceptional leadership skills. Jeff’s ability to build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships based on trust and mutual respect will enhance not only FCNI’s positive work culture but also county and community partnerships. As FCNI celebrates 36 years of serving San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, we warmly welcome Jeff as our leader for the next phase of our journey.

Outside of his professional role, Jeff and his wife, Sue, are proud parents to three sons: Clayton (25), Cole (21), and Connor (19). Jeff and Sue happily relocated to the Central Coast, which has been a special getaway spot for the couple throughout their 32 years of marriage. Apart from traveling and spending time with family, Jeff enjoys woodworking, hiking, golf, cooking, baking bread, and entertaining with his wife. In this new season of their lives, Jeff and Sue look forward to cultivating new relationships with the local faith community, neighbors, and coworkers.
