Habitat for Humanity San Luis Obispo County is issuing a final call for tickets to its newest fundraising event, Home Sweet Home: A Brunch to Build Futures, happening Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Lone Madrone Winery.
This community gathering will feature pancakes hot off the griddle, fruit, yogurt, coffee and wine, all while raising funds to support Habitat SLO’s mission of building and preserving affordable housing across San Luis Obispo County. Proceeds benefit programs like Home Preservation/Aging in Place, which help local seniors and families remain safe and secure in the homes they love.
“Home Sweet Home is a chance to connect, give back and help ensure more neighbors across our community have the stability and security they deserve,” said Dawn Smith, Director of Development at Habitat SLO.
“Safe, affordable housing is the foundation for a strong community,” added Anthony Overton, CEO of Habitat SLO. “By joining us for this event, you’re not only enjoying a morning of a morning of community and connection, you’re directly helping us build a brighter, more resilient future for families and seniors in San Luis Obispo County.”
Tickets are $60 in advance and $70 at the door. Space is limited, and the event is expected to sell out. Children 10 and under eat free.
Early sponsors include Ashley & Vance Engineering, The Blueprinter & Graphics, Hope Lutheran Church, Human Bean, Idler’s Home, Lone Madrone Winery, Madonna Inn, Malik Real Estate Group, Inc., Templeton Glass and Two Knights Insurance. Sponsorships are still available.
