At Planned Parenthood California Central Coast (PPCCC) we are relentlessly pursuing a future where all people have equitable opportunity to experience health and wellness, including sexual and reproductive health care provided with respect and without judgment.
In addition to our core services – birth control, abortion, cancer screenings, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment – we are leading several initiatives to advance health equity along the Central Coast. This includes new education programs and partnerships, expanding access to care for LGBTQ+ youth, providing mental and behavioral health services and addressing the maternal health crisis by launching a postpartum home visitation program. Health equity and improved access to care is at the center of all we do.
As you know, our work at PPCCC is incredibly important, especially now.
Over a year ago, the Supreme Court rolled back 49 years of progress and allowed states to ban abortion, stripping tens of millions of people of their right to make their own medical decisions.
Our work is more important than ever. We must continue to keep our doors open and ensure access is available, not just for Californians, but for all who seek a haven for legal, compassionate care. On the Central Coast, we aren’t backing down. We hope to see you at our annual fundraiser!
