La Lomita Ranch is thrilled to announce its annual Spring Superbloom Winemaker’s Dinner, taking place on May 10th at 6 pm. Hosted below Islay Hill amidst the beauty of spring in full bloom, guests and wine club members alike will be treated to a delectable 5-course meal thoughtfully curated by Chef Rachel Ponce, the recipe developer for Edible Magazine, SLO and the executive owner/chef of “Pair With”.

Highlights of the menu include the exquisite new release La Lomita Albarifi.o and La Lomita Pinot Noir, crafted with old world wine making tradition and artist nuance by Mikey Giugni. Guests can look forward to culinary delights such as Wagyu tenderloin perfectly complemented by the new release Pinot Noir, and a unique side-by-side pairing of 92+ point library Syrahs with smoked catfish.

The dinner will take place inside the charming Equestrian Barn, providing an intimate and picturesque setting for a warm evening. Surrounded by the vibrant colors of spring, attendees will savor every moment of this culinary journey through the senses.
