San Luis Obispo-based artist/designer, Kevin Akers is a featured artist at Gallery 113 in Santa Barbara for the month of March. His historical portraits are designed to enliven any space and celebrate human achievement. He hopes this examination of famous personages makes the viewer reflect on what makes each us all special and unique.
Kevin’s artwork has been commissioned by Cost Plus World Market, Williams-Sonoma, Subaru, McDonald’s, BMW, VW, City of Palm Springs, Levi’s, Stanford University, San Francisco Symphony, Hulu and Sir Paul McCartney. www.kevinakers.com
