The San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund is pleased to announce the appointment of Hannah Mills-Fragione to its Board of Directors. Mills-Fragione brings a deep commitment to advancing affordable housing and a strong background in regional advocacy, social work and disability services across the Central Coast.

A native of the Central Coast, Mills-Fragione holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from California State University, Chico, and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Since 2020, she has served at Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC), where she is now a Services and Supports Manager. In this role, she leads a team of social workers supporting adults with disabilities in northern San Luis Obispo County, working to ensure access to resources, autonomy and dignity for the community’s most vulnerable populations.

In addition to her professional leadership, Mills-Fragione is a certified Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) trainer and a passionate advocate for inclusive, sustainable community development. Her lived connection to the Central Coast—combined with her professional experience—brings valuable insight to the Housing Trust Fund’s mission of increasing access to safe, affordable housing for all.

“We’re honored to welcome Hannah to the SLO County Housing Trusting Fund Board,” said Jeff Eckles, CEO of the San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund. “Her leadership in disability services, combined with her local roots and commitment to community, makes her a powerful addition to our efforts to build a more affordable housing future.”

When she’s not advocating for her community, Mills-Fragione enjoys hiking local trails, spending time with her family and caring for her many houseplants.

SLO County Housing Trust Fund’s Board of Directors plays an essential role in providing strategic direction to fulfill the organization’s mission of increasing the supply of affordable housing in SLO county. With the addition of Mills-Fragione, the organization continues to broaden its reach, deepen its impact and increase the supply of affordable housing in SLO County.
