SLO Provisions welcomed the addition of Chef Kenny Seliger as Executive Chef. Chef Seliger’s impressive background, including his tenure in highly acclaimed kitchens in New York and his recent Michelin recommended nod, adds an elevated level of expertise and creativity to the SLO Provisions team.

Seliger is looking forward to launching a new dining experience series at SLO Provisions — a Seasonal upper Club. The series will transform the SLO Provisions dining room into a pop-up-style dinner experience, showcasing well-thought-out menus crafted around the finest seasonal ingredients.

With each passing season, guests can anticipate a fresh and creative menu, paired with wines from local wineries. This unique dining experience offers patrons the chance to see a new side of SLO Provisions and enjoy a thoughtful, coursed meal in a casual, no-fuss atmosphere.

To kick off the series, SLO Provisions invites guests to the Spring Supper Club Dinner on Friday, April 19th, at 6 pm. Chef Kenny has crafted a six-course menu celebrating the Spring season, with each dish paired with Saucelito Canyon wines. Saucelito Canyon will be onsite pouring a variety of their vintages. Tickets are $100 per person, including wine pairings.
